Call for specialist courses: next deadline 15 February 2018

The Doctoral Schools call on professors and postdoctoral fellows to submit proposals for the organisation of front line activities that directly address current training needs and demands of young researchers.

​The call is open for all specialist courses organised during the academic year 2017-2018 (summer 2018 incl.)

Specialist courses are courses that are especially designed for PhD students wanting to deepen their discipline-specific knowledge. Different formats are eligible for funding (e.g. summer schools), but there should be a minimum of 15 contact hours. The previous two rounds yielded around 40 course proposals.

The next deadline for submissions is 15 February 2018. This is the last deadline for initiatives taking place in the academic year 2017-2018 (summer included).
